1. Agreement and Provider

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Slide & Solve (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), created and published by our independent game developer team. By downloading, installing, or playing Slide & Solve, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 2. Eligibility

Slide & Solve is designed as a family-friendly game suitable for players of all ages. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play Slide & Solve for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained the application.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Slide & Solve in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app except where permitted by applicable law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, copy, or create derivative works based on the application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in or on the app.
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international regulations.

5. Game Progress and Purchases

All your puzzle records, solve times, move counts, and personal best achievements are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device storage and backups.

If optional in-app purchases, cosmetic themes, or advertisements are offered, transactions are processed securely through the relevant platform store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and are subject to their standard billing and refund rules.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property in Slide & Solve—including but not limited to the game mechanics, user interface design, graphics, sound effects, animations, code, and logo—are owned by the developer. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.

7. Updates and Availability

We continuously strive to improve the app. We may from time to time release updates, enhancements, or bug fixes. The app is provided on an as-available basis, and compatibility may depend on your device hardware, operating system version, or platform updates.

8. Third-Party Services

The app is made available through third-party platforms (such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Your use of these platforms may also be subject to the separate terms and conditions of those third parties.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slide & Solve is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. We do not warrant that gameplay will be completely uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Slide & Solve.

11. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling the application and deleting all related data from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms as the game evolves. The updated version will always be posted directly at https://slide-solve.kalpvarti.com/terms with the revised effective date. Continued use of Slide & Solve following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles and subject to mandatory statutory consumer protections.
